Canteen Cancellation Policy
In an effort to reduce waste (both physical and financial) please note our Canteen cancellation policy.
If you placed a lunch order via Quickcliq:
- The order can be cancelled anytime up to 9 am of the day it is to be delivered via Quickcliq
- If you placed a lunch order via Quickcliq and it is after 9 am or paid over the counter
- Please call the school and ask to be put through to the canteen. If the order has already been made, the order cannot be cancelled
- If you are collecting your child due to illness, please have the office call the canteen (if the food is ready, you can collect it and take it with you)
No retrospective credits will be issued.
If the school closes the canteen:
- Please keep an eye on the Parents Facebook page for further details ie, meal deals may be moved to a different day, or orders may be able to be cancelled via Quickcliq.
