Tullimbar Public School is a member of the Community of Schools (COS). This is a group of local government public schools (Tullimbar Public School, Albion Park Public School and Mount Terry Public School) along with our local High School, Albion Park High ("APHS") who meet regularly to bring ideas together.
The COS regularly tables ideas that will benefit students in the transition from Primary School to High School. The COS works hard to alleviate issues such as course components and subject change overs. Albion Park High School holds special events throughout the year for both year 5 and year 6 students to help with the above issues. The COS not only discusses primary to high transition but also consistently collaborates in regards to all matters of the education industry such as: New Curriculum, Education Developments, Educational Processes and helping each other to become more streamlined and collaborative in future endeavours.
